          As a 6 year old, I was one of the early children in the US to get diagnosed with Celiac Disease. This changed my entire worldview, and that of my parents as well. It changed our lives. However, I’ve been doing this for so long that it is ingrained. My son also has Celiac and I’ve taught him to deal with it the same way that I did. To read the ingredients. To read between the lines.
